We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our reasonable control.
Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@kckpro.com so we can investigate with the courier.
We may require confirmation that the parcel has not been received before issuing a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to follow the courier’s formal lost parcel investigation process before resolving a claim.
If a parcel is:
Refused at delivery
Not collected from a designated collection point
Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address
It will be returned to us by the courier.
In these circumstances:
We reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs charged to us from your refund.
If the parcel was undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
If you would like the parcel re-sent, further postage charges may apply.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly refuse delivery or fail to collect parcels.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to your specified delivery address.
