Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unworn

Only tried on indoors for sizing (not used for training, matches, or outdoor activity)

Be unwashed

Be in the same condition that you received it

Have all original tags attached

Be in its original packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please email hello@kckpro.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as KCKPRO cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Hygiene & Condition Policy
Due to the close-contact nature of our products:

Shin guard sleeves that have been worn for sport, training, or outdoor use cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, odour, or damage not caused by a manufacturing fault will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact hello@kckpro.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
If a return is required due to a fault or our error, we will cover the cost of return postage.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible), and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
As we offer free standard shipping on all UK orders, there are no outbound shipping charges to refund.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact hello@kckpro.com.
